I asked Felipe about the upcoming renovations for Sumptuori& Mare Nostrum. Someone was asking about sushi.
“Hola Anne,
We do have one “asian corner” at the Kabah and at La Hacienda or Tikal (I am not sure right now in which one of them) serving a selection of sushis and other assian food.
White Sand will be updated this year too. Next year, if everything goes as planned, will be the chance for Riviera.
Mare Nostrum will also be under renovations and will be a Thai restaurant.
Also, the Colonial Beach Bar will be renovated: bigger, new buffets and bigger kitchen.
