Here is my quick review and I’ll give a more detailed one on trip advisor later.
Overall it was beyond my expectations. We were treated like absolute royalty!
We had a couple minor issues but nothing that would change our mind about coming back. We adored the check in process. After traveling for 12+ hours that cold towel was the only confirmation I needed to know we had made the right decision by choosing this resort.
Cart service was another big perk as we learned pretty quick that this resort is too big to walk and actually get to do anything.
We learned five nights isn’t nearly enough to do everything and next time will be a 7-10 day trip.
I was very iffy about all inclusives before this trip but palladium has won me over. We will be back soon!”
