Palladium will build two new resorts in the Costa Mujeres area north of Cancun, a Grand Palladium with 700 rooms and another under the premium brand The Royal Suites by Palladium with 450 rooms with an investment of 250 million dollars (236 million Of euros) and a planned opening date for the end of 2018.

A few of the features of the new resort are to include the following:
- SWIM-UP rooms.
- Most rooms will have a sea view and a room service box
- A Royal Beach
- Heated pools
- The Royal Suites will be directly on the beach
- There will be 3 beach bars (one for Royal Suites) There are no plans to have any of them open 24 hrs. The 24 hour snacks will be available in the Sports Bar.
- A Beach Buffet is in the plans
- An exchange program between resorts in the area is planned. This will not include transportation.
