Alcohol Upgrades:
In all bars you will find many upgraded choices, here are the ones I noticed in March.
- Absolute in a variety of flavor
- Baileys
- Bombay Sapphire
- Don Julio – white and aged
- Havana Club 7 year aged
- Licor 43 – is a Spanish liqueur. It is made from citrus and fruit juices, flavored with vanilla and other aromatic herbs and spices, for a total 43 different ingredients (hence the name). It is 31%abv / 62 proof and is a light bodied, sweet liqueur. In color it is yellow tinged with a touch of gold. The aroma is sharp, warm, and complex, with vanilla up front; and then tangy sweet fruit, spices, and an aged rum like presence. The flavor is similar to the aroma; vanilla, complex intermixed spices, tangy fruits, and hints of citrus, carried by a flavor similar to aged rum. In México, carajillo is a drink mixing espresso coffee with “licor del 43” and ice.
- Baileys
- Bombay Sapphire
I am sure there are others, these are just some I noticed. If you have a favorite be sure to ask, you never know they may have added it.
