**When sending a room request please note that it is a request NOT A GUARANTEE.**

We suggest booking the room category you want so you will not be disappointed. When making a request it is also suggested that you list them in order of importance, for example: high floor, king bed, quiet location etc. Please include your booking number, tour operator, names on your reservation and dates of your stay.

If you are a returning guest mention the number of times you have stayed at a Palladium Resort.( include previous confirmation numbers and corresponding resorts if possible) The resorts try their best to accommodate requests based on availability at the time of your stay.

Suggested Room Request Format

  1. First and last name(s) on the reservation
  2. Tour operator/Palladium Hotel group booking number
  3. Arrival and departure dates
  4. Section and room type you have booked (ie: Colonial,Deluxe Room)
  5. If you are returning guest, number of visits
  6. Your request(s)

Rooms are assigned 1 day prior to your arrival. Send only 1 request no sooner than 7 days prior to your arrival. Upon check in you will be given your room information and a welcome package with information regarding your chosen resort.

Please request a read receipt and allow up to 72 hours for a reply.

Sometimes hotmail, yahoo or other third party emails may get sent to a junk folder, the Palladium is aware and checks for this. Remember to check yours for your reply as well. If you do not hear back don’t worry sometimes the resorts are simply busy.

Please contact the ebutler.yucatan@trshotels.com  no less than 1 week, preferably 2 weeks prior to your arrival, as other benefits may be offered depending on special occasions, repetitive guest, etc.  E butler also pre books Chic Cabaret and assists with booking dinner reservations the Sunday prior to your arrival. He/She receives a very high number of emails each day and requires time to process everyone’s request(s). Your patience and understanding are appreciated !

Late checkouts are subject to the availability of the resort. During high occupancy times there is no guarantee or confirmation of a late check out since they need the rooms as soon as possible in order to prepare them for  the arriving guests.  There will  be no confirmation until one day before the departure and it is always subject to the resort availability.  If available the following charges apply, until 4pm – $40 USD, until 6pm – $60 USD, after 6pm a full nights charge at rack rates will apply. (Prices are subject to change )

Note: In resorts where smart bracelets are used you will need to have your bracelet re-programmed at reception for a later check out.
