Important Notice
Starting January 2026, Grand Palladium Kantenah (non Family Select) & Colonial Resorts & Spa will offer different services and facilities from those previously available.
Access will remain to certain facilities (with extra charge where applicable) such as: Zentropia Palladium Spa & Wellness, BRAVO Dinner & Show, Chic Cabaret & Restaurant, Mini Club and Black & White Junior Club, Sports Center, à la carte restaurants El Dorado, La Adelita, Sumptuori, Paisana, its show cookings La Hacienda and El Gran Azul, Las Olas beach snack bar, and the 17 themed bars: swim-up, sports bar, waiting bars and lobby bars, lobbies and swimming pools, and the children’s mini water park located at Grand Palladium Colonial Resort & Spa and Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa.
However, the following restaurants will not be available to guests staying at Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa: Portofino, Poseidón, Bamboo and Bahía e Brasa, the show cookings La Dalia, La Laguna, as well as the main pool of Grand Palladium White Sand, and the new The Pizza Stop, Grand Gelateria and Piaccere Coffee Shop, since these will be exclusive facilities of Grand Palladium Select White Sand.

Previously, our resort complex had three brands: Grand Palladium (Kantenah, Colonial, and White Sand Hotels), TRS (adults-only, TRS lobby), and Family Selection (Kantenah Hotel).
Now, the Grand Palladium White Sand Hotel is evolving into a new stage called White Sand Select, designed to offer a more differentiated and personalized experience. This includes new services and exclusive benefits for guests booking at this hotel.
In this context:
Grand Palladium guests (now only Kantenah and Colonial) will have access only to their brand’s facilities and benefits, with no access to White Sand Select, Family Selection Kantenah, or TRS.
White Sand Select guests will have exclusive access to their hotel while also enjoying the areas and benefits of Grand Palladium Kantenah and Colonial, with access restricted only to Family Selection Kantenah and TRS.Family Selection guests will have access to the entire resort complex (Grand Palladium, White Sand Select, and TRS), with TRS limited to adults only.
Finally, TRS guests will enjoy unlimited access to the entire resort, including all three brands mentioned above.
