Changes to Baby Club Riviera Maya

Notice from management:

                                                                                                                               “The new guidelines in our animation program, starting , January  2nd , 2025, the Baby Club area (for children aged 1 to 3) will no longer provide activity programming or childcare services by the animation staff. However, the area itself will remain open for use by babies accompanied by their parents from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. In this space, parents and their little ones can take a break from the sun, enjoy a nap, watch television, or play for a while.
The Mini Club area (for children aged 4 to 12) will continue to operate as usual, with the same schedule and activity program, without any changes.”

I have confirmed that the Baby Club in Costa Mujeres will continue to accept children from ages 1 -3 between the hours of 9 – 1 & 2 – 5 without parental supervision. The staff do not change diapers.  Parents will be contacted for any child who cries for 5 minutes or more.
