Question: is this form need to be requested 1 week before we arrive at the hotel?

I have a recervation for Kantenah FS, by February, and wanted to know If I have to request it near that date and if need to be done to efamilyhost email

It is not required but some people like to do things before they arrive. If you want to then send it to E Family Host a week or less before you arrive.
