Many Palladium resorts offer daily cooking &/or cocktail lessons. The Riviera Maya resorts offers this at 4 pm daily as follow:

• Sunday – Sushi
• Monday – Guacamole
• Tuesday – Margaritas
• Wednesday – Bartending lessons
• Thursday – Mexican Tortilla
• Friday – Wine tasting
• Saturday – Tequila lessons @ 4 with a taco & tortilla party at 7 pm
