  Many Palladium resorts offer daily cooking &/or cocktail lessons. The Riviera Maya resorts offers this at 4 pm daily as follow:
  - Sunday – Sushi
  - Monday – Guacamole
  - Tuesday – Margaritas
  - Wednesday – Bartending lessons
  - Thursday – Mexican Tortilla
  - Friday – Wine tasting
  - Saturday – Tequila lessons @ 4 with a taco & tortilla party at 7 pm
