        As we have upgraded to Family Select directly with the hotel we were wondering about check in.

        We presume our travel company Tui will drop us off at the main Kantenah Lobby so is it far to walk with our cases from there to the Family Select check in area and is it a straight forward route?

          You should be dropped off at FS lobby. From there the bellboys will help you to your room.

            Have finaly managed to get our Travel company to agree to drop us off at the family Selection lobby 🙂

                We will be arriving on the 7th June, leaving home here in the UK at about 5:30 am GMT and arriving at resort at hopefully around 5:30 pm EST, so about 18 hours travel time.
