Hello again everyone. We are just trying to load the app and none of the confirmation numbers our vacations supplier has given us will work. Has anyone had this issue?

You can use the Palladium Hotel Group App before you arrive to see activities & menus but you cannot reserve restaurants until you arrive and have a room number.
I have tried the app but we cannot get loaded as it will not accept any of my confirmations numbers. We are just trying to load the app but it also seems to crash regularly as well on multiple devices.
I you mean the App on the Palladium website that often doesn’t work. If you need the APP at Palladium Hotel Group you need a room number. Don’t worry about it. They’ll take care of you when you arrive.
No I’m talking about the palladium app for my Android phone. The one you linked to, it doesn’t seem to work and I can’t get logged in or anything with it
