  Great steak at el Dorado. Rosa and Maria were wearing their new outfits tonight serving in Colonial lobby, they looked very smart.

  Jackie says, “Last night at Hemmingways there was the Gin and tonic bar all set up, so every Tuesday night, it was great. Daniel and Ernesto were were doing a good job. Lots of people coming in for a look.”

  “Had a great steak tonight at el Dorado, I think that is our favourite restaurant. Thanks to Santos and Armando, they are fast, efficient, and very friendly. We always ask for their section if we can.
  Finished off with a palladium coffee at Hemmingways and a beer. Luis makes the best drinks.
  We are down to two days now.”

  Arrived home yesterday, after 14 days of fabulous weather. A great holiday, will miss everyone, we are always so well looked after.
  Hope to be back in six months.
