Repeat Guests

First visit to the forum.

Can someone please advise if there are any benefits for repeat guests at Palladium Resorts and if so how to we advise resort that we are repeat guests.

Welcome. They do try to honor repeat guests but nothing is guaranteed.How many times have you been to a Palladium and which Palladium are you visiting?

Hello Anne,
Thank you for your reply, this will be our second visit to a Palladium Resort, this time we are visiting Grand Palladium Vallarta Resort & Spa, our previous visit was to Grand Palladium Resort & Spa Riviera Maya.
Do we contact the resort to let them know we’re repeat guests?

When you send in a room request (a week or less before you go) mention that this is your 2nd visit. You may get a room upgrade (no guarantees as it depends on availability), fruit basket or other acknowledgment.

My daughter loved Vallarta. Have a fabulous time.

Hope you doing well!! Quick question, “repeat guest” apply for any of the Hotel, in other countries?
I need to visit Jamaica and Punta Cana.. but Iam debating.
