Update on renovations – RM

In order to stay at the forefront of the hotel industry and in line with its commitment to continuous improvement, the Palladium Hotel Group is renovating the Grand Palladium Colonial Resort & Spa, White Sand ,Riviera Maya. To guarantee the comfort of our guests during the renovations we would like to inform our guests of the following:

Now open: New opening Chang Thai à la carte restaurant,

White Sand Lobby. Renovations from 09/12/2016 to 11/30/2016.
Reception will not be affected.

White Sand rooms.
The renovations will be performed in stages to avoid disruption to guests staying in other villas:
Mayan Suites 1-2-3-4.
Jr Suites and Suites 54-56 and Mayan Suites 5-6-7-8. Renovations from 09/15/2016 to 10/14/2016.
Jr Suites and Suites 57-58-59 and Mayan Suites 9-10-11-12. Renovations from 10/15/2016 to 11/15/2016.

Snack Bar 24h located on the Colonial beach. Renovations from September 26th, 2016 to beginning of December, 2016.
While we offer a temporary bar placed by the main pool and the Sports Bar 24 hours, located in the Colonial Lobby.

Punta Emilia Restaurant will also be offering snacks by the beach.

Japanese restaurant. Renovations from 09/16/2016 to 11/30/2016.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the renovations and are available to answer any queries or questions that may arise.
