Greetings all I am booked to come to Trs yucatan this September from the uk, I booked through a tour operator in January 2023, and researched the hotel as much as I could including watching various videos on YouTube, when I booked my stay here through my tour operator there was no mention of any upsell of premium packages, is the hotel offering any free of charge upgrades for those that had booked prior to them implementing this?
