Just returned from an amazing 2 weeks at the GPRM. The staff and management were great and you really do feel like family being greeted by so many familiar faces. As I’m sure many will agree this also applies to others who work in the resort like Miguel and his mom who work some nights in the Colonial market. Part of what makes our holiday so special at Palladium is visiting with them and watching him create amazing works of art out of glass. We have been to a lot of resorts all over and no resort has anything like this which is obvious by the number of people always watching him work. We make it a point every year to add to our collection and buy gifts. This year Miguel made for us a ray, a penguin, and a replica of a friends puppy to add to our collection. Not sure why but there were many nights we made a special trip to visit only to find Miguel wasn’t there selling. I know the guests would luv to see more of them If the management could have him there more often. #palladium
