When is check in/out

Check in is at 3 pm. Check out is at noon. If you arrive early you may use the premises until your room is ready.

Late check out available for a fee.

What kind of power outlets do the rooms have?

The electricity is 110 volts. The outlets accept the standard  two and three prong plugs used in the USA and Canada.  You may wish to bring a short extension cord or a small power bar to make it easier to charge multiple devices.

Is there a beach?

Yes, a small white sand beach in front of the hotel. There is a longer beautiful beach 7 minutes away at Juanillo which can be reached via resort shuttle which runs 9am, 10 am, 11 am to the beach. Pick up is 2:30, 3:30, 4:30.  Little John’s cafe has a special $7 menu for TRS guests so ask for that menu.

  • Tip:  Have your Bubba mug filled with your favorite cocktail at TRS to bring to the beach and ask for a snack or lunch to go.

Looking ahead to the beginning of 2020 and with the promise of continuing to offer a unique and unforgettable experience at Chic Cabaret & Restaurant – our show-dinner restaurant with a 3 hour show and more than 25 artists on stage – we would like to inform you that as of December 1, 2019 it will be necessary to make a reservation in order to attend the show, with a cost per person of $20 USD. With this reservation you are guaranteed a place, and we will ensure optimal development of both the show and the dinner.

Applies for room reservations made from December 1, 2019, for guests traveling from January 1, 2020 onwards.
All room reservations made before December 1, 2019 will not have to pay the reservation fee for Chic Cabaret & Restaurant.

This fee will be charged to the room at the time of booking a Chic Cabaret & Restaurant reservation, and will be paid at check-out before leaving the hotel. Guests are not required to pay this fee when attending the show.
For guests of Grand Palladium Hotels & Resorts and the general public, Chic Cabaret & Restaurant is available at a cost of $100 USD plus the $20 USD reservation fee per person.
