Kudos to TRS

We have been coming here for many years and have always loved all of grand Palladium riviera maya sections. We are staying in TRS and though many are tired of hearing about it, I have to comment on how impressed we are with it. Initially we were concerned with the changes because pretty much most of us don’t accept change very well. Kudos to all of the Palladium management and staff on everything. It feels like we have come to a different resort, but with the same caring, professional, amazing people.
