        What is the snorkeling like at Puerto Vallarta? And where are the best places for “beginner snorklers”?  We snorkeled at Palladium in Jamaica right off the shore and it was amazing.

          I don’t think there is good snorkeling off the resort. It is more conducive to surfing / windsurfing.

          You can talk to the staff at the Dive Center. They advertise snorkeling so they probably offer a trip.  You can also see some other suggestions here:  snorkeling excursions
