Live from TRS Yucatan

Peter & Carol report:  

We are, without a shadow of a doubt, tremendously privileged to enjoy such an amazing experience as we have enjoyed these past two weeks. And if two weeks weren’t enough, tonight’s dinner was so amazing, we certainly don’t deserve it.

I asked for the special cuts which are available here at El Gaucho as a way to spend our Palladium Dollars, so the chef came to our table. At his suggestion, Carol and I settled on surf and turf. The lobster and Rib Eye were absolutely amazing. Tonight’s dinner was an incredible end to an incredible two week vacation.

Thank you Chef Ricardo and Isaac for this amazing experience. For sure I have to remember them in my comments on TripAdvisor.
