        Does anyone know why if I booked on the palladium website directly they keep saying I can’t establish reward points because I booked through another party. Which I didn’t, I booked thru palladium directly on their website. This is now going to be my 3rd trip to palladium, one at Turquesa Punta Cana,  one in Riveira Maya colonial, and this trip to lady hamilton in Jamaica. And this trip is for 8 people. Just seems wasted points and upgrades for me being a loyal client.
