Response regarding baby club & renovations

The splash pool is closed until December 4. Some parents had concerns about little kids water activities. Some parents also want to send their 4 year old to the baby club with their 2 year old.

Thank you very much for reaching out to us. Indeed, we continue to improve the water park, but we haven’t forgotten about taking care of and attending to the little ones. We have two types of inflatables; one of them is in the main pool, designed for the older children. However, for the younger ones, we have an inflatable with its own pool inside. We can’t compare it to the main park, but we’ve set it up so that, along with the entertainment activities, the little ones can also enjoy it in their own way.

“Regarding the question about taking care of the child under 4 years old in the baby club, we would be delighted to accommodate this as a one-time exception. However, the activities within our baby club are specifically tailored for children under three years old. They might not find them entertaining. Nonetheless, we are confident that with the support of one of our colleagues, we will find a way to ensure they have an amazing time. I assume the purpose of this question is to keep them from being separated and to build a bit more trust between them.
