Back to the cold Canadian winter and sharing our review from past week, our second stay at FS.
We wrote our original review last year after our first stay, and we’ve now returned for our first repeat visit. It is rare to say this honestly, but the experience was even better than the first time.
One of the biggest highlights of this return visit was once again the Family Pool, where the service by Maria and Lizbeth is truly exceptional. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care for both kids and parents make every day around the pool feel special. They remember guests, anticipate needs, and create an atmosphere where families feel relaxed, welcomed, and very well taken care of. Beyond them, the management team around Family Selection is always present, constantly checking in, making sure children and parents are comfortable, happy, and enjoying their time. That level of involvement and care really sets this resort apart.
Food and drinks continue to be a standout. We were able to fully enjoy the night entertainment, which was excellent—especially the Latino and Rock shows. Dining was outstanding across the resort, with excellent service at Sumptuori and Teppanyaki, and we thoroughly enjoyed the Bahia e Brassa Brazilian restaurant as well. All buffet restaurants offered great variety and quality, with something for everyone, and Es Niu continues to excel, both in food and drink quality.
The resort remains impeccably clean and beautifully maintained. This time we stayed in a swim-up room in Building 48, which was fantastic and added to an already memorable stay.
The beach is absolutely stunning. We were lucky to enjoy calm waters, spent time building sandcastles with the kids, and woke up early on several mornings to be completely stunned by the beautiful sunrises—truly special moments that made this return visit even more meaningful.
Coming back and finding the experience even better speaks volumes. The consistency, the people, and the overall care for families make this a place we would happily return to again and again.
