“The new guidelines in our animation program, starting , January 2nd , 2025, the Baby Club area (for children aged 1 to 3) in Riviera Maya will no longer provide activity programming or childcare services by the animation staff. However, the area itself will remain open for use by babies accompanied by their parents from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. In this space, parents and their little ones can take a break from the sun, enjoy a nap, watch television, or play for a while.
The Mini Club area (for children aged 4 to 12) will continue to operate as usual, with the same schedule and activity program, without any parental supervision.
The Baby Club in Costa Mujeres will provide supervised activities for children ages 1 – 3 from 9 am – 1 pm and 2 pm – 5 pm daily.
