For the implementation of this project, the hotel company has had Azora as a strategic partner with which it has partnered to create a joint venture to jointly invest in the holiday hotel sector in Europe.Specifically, the investment contemplated for the renovation and development of this new accommodation in the Italian country is 31 million euros.
Located on the beachfront, in a privileged situation in the town of Campofelice di Roccella near Palermo and the airport, this 10-hectare resort will consist of two hotels: Grand Palladium Garden Beach Resort & Spa and Grand Palladium Sicily Resort & Spa , and will have a total of 469 rooms and suites.
