Top tip seeing as you guys have been so helpful with us. Loads of folk explaining that they can’t get the tops of the bottled water. They come off easily before they’re refrigerated.
My husband wanted to add as he’s a massive geek cooling the water creates a small vacuum under the cap making it harder to open.
