Important Security Notice

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are contacting you to inform you that we have detected an incident and to provide you with some security recommendations.

At Palladium Hotel Group, we are firmly committed to information security and, in particular, to ensuring your right to data protection.

On this occasion, we would like to inform you that some of our customers may have received messages via WhatsApp impersonating our company as a result of an incident that has affected one of our suppliers. These messages are intended to obtain our customers’ credit/debit card information under the pretext that information required for the reservation is missing.

The incident was quickly identified by Palladium Hotel Group and, in accordance with the company’s protocols and procedures, we immediately adopted the necessary measures to contain and resolve the situation in continuous communication with the affected supplier. We have also reported the matter to the relevant authorities.

We inform you that your identification data (name and surname), contact details (email address), and reservation-related information may have been affected; however, your banking details have not been compromised. Furthermore, the continuity of our systems has not been affected, and your reservation with our company has not undergone any changes.

Regarding your future stays at our hotels, we kindly ask you not to open emails that do not come from Palladium Hotel Group accounts, not to click on links in suspicious emails, and not to provide personal data to third parties. Palladium Hotel Group does not use WhatsApp as a communication channel regarding reservations. We recommend exercising extreme caution with any suspicious activity or communication you may receive to avoid becoming a victim of fraud or identity theft.
