The entry fee for use of the wet area of the spa(s) will be changing from $10 USD to $35 USD ( as noted on the PHG website) at the Zentropia Spas located at the Riviera Maya, Dominican Republic and Jamaica locations.
The spa at the Puerto Vallarta location will go from $10 to $3o USD.
Rosa has confirmed the RM change will take effect on Nov. 1 2017, no official dates on the other locations but I would guess they will be similar.
