Kantenah to recieve major upgrade

“We are thrilled to inform you that our beautiful GRAND PALLADIUM KANTENAH in RIVIERA MAYA will begin a major transformation including room-refurbishing program and the insertion of the successful Family Selection concept so well received by the market.

During Spring-Fall 2023, this multimillion investment will bring a long awaited, new and fresh atmosphere to the existing room amenities, we are also excited to announce we will be doing a room-refurbishing to 288 rooms and modifying 132 rooms to fulfill the Family Selection standards by adding a private check in area, transforming an exclusive restaurant for Family selection customers and having new room categories that will include swim-up pools and Beach side rooms.

Due to the nature of this modification and transformation of the Grand Palladium Kantenah property, we will be closing to sales the entire hotel from April 15th to December 15th, 2023. So, Last check out date for will be April 15th, 2023, and the first check in of the new Kantenah will begin December 15th, 2023.

So, this property will be closed for 9 months. Any existing reservation will be transferred to the Colonial Hotel, within the same Riviera maya complex.

It is important to mention that during this period, the remaining hotels of the Riviera maya complex (Grand Palladium Colonial, Grand Palladium White Sand and TRS Yucatan) will be open.

For those of you concerned about the TRS beach, it will remain where it is with upgrades. La Jarra will remain where it is. A new beach bar will be built for Family Select guests
