We are here right now. I can not say enough how we truly appreciate Nicauris (butler manager). She has gone above and beyond. She truly made my birthday wonderful, being able to special order my dinner, to the most delicious birthday cake. I love my vanilla vodka (which the resort does not have), she contacted Benjamin (beverage dept)who was able to custom order for me. The activity “pop” team (Enrique and John)who are wonderful, getting everyone involved in activities. The water aerobics are a blast. Samara (lobby bartender), love her. She always has a smile on her face, and has mastered my favorite drink, and she makes a killer chocolate martini. Maniel (our butler) is amazing as well, willing to go above and beyond. Oscar “Meyers the wiener” and Byron always smiling and joking and eager to help. The staff is wonderful. Thank you for everything, it is appreciated.
