Anne, how excited are you getting as you look at Peters posts about PC ? The food, rooms and beach really do look great !

I have always wanted to visit here… sigh..one day.

Evening food update. I dined in Royal Gourmet and still had lunch on my mind…it was so good. So good I figured I would do a surf and turf and only have one filet. I ordered substituting sautéed red snapper for lobster. Boy was I wrong…and happy. Two fillets that were outstanding and the red snapper. No need for dessert
