Lobster shortage due to ban – update

I want you all to know that currently there is a lobster fishing ban in Mexico.  This varies by region bt Costa Mujeres is not able to et lobster. Riviera Maya may have some frozen lobster left.

Lobster in Costa Mujeres/Cancun: This falls in Zone V and therefore it is forbidden to catch lobster from March 1 to June 30. Costa Mujeres had some frozen but the suppliers no longer have it due to the current fishing ban. (Per management)

Great news!! The CM & RM resorts have received some lobsters!! While the lobster fishing ban is in effect (until July) the TRS & FS guests will have first priority for lobsters. It will not be available through room service during the ban.
