We had a wonderful time But I will say the staff did the best they could, considering all the restrictions From check-in, butlers, hosts and hostesses, waitstaff, bartenders, cart drivers, cleaning, fridge stockers, Chic entertainers performing around grounds,,,,, ALL went out of their way to make our stay wonderful.
Coral is a modern feel vs RM jungle feel. Will we go back. Absolutely. That said, our home is still Riviera Maya Still my motto, ‘Don’t expect the world, and, you’ll get it’ Covid is such a trying time. The staff in these resorts live to have them all opened up, but, are so appreciative to have them this far
