Regarding your concern, we would like to inform you that our properties are working with absolute normality and in no instance, to this day, has a case been confirmed among our guests. No travel restriction has been established to travel to the Riviera Maya.

Sadly, The Riviera Maya resort will close temporarily on Wednesday, March 25th. Guests will be moved to Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres.  Very sad.

Sadly TRS Cap Cana will also be closing when the last guests leave. The DR Government has imposed a 2 week travel ban.
