Our Chef Óscar Herrera, from the restaurant in Riviera Maya, is in New York participating in an event organized by time inc. In his coffee. Guest Chefs must cook a dish to the diners in the lunch service and the dish that our chef has prepared is sushi maki – kuro mame roll.
