We just arrived home from one of the most relaxing and beautiful weeks of vacation ever at TRS Cap Cana! We had a swim up room which was perfect for what we wanted to do – lay in the sun and chill for a week! The resort was beautiful and clean, the food was amazing (we especially loved Dominican night), and the atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for. There was enough going on to keep us entertained, but it was not overwhelming nightlife for those of us just looking to be laidback. We also really loved going to see Chic Cabaret and highly recommend it for a night off the resort.
Most of all we cannot say enough wonderful things about the outstanding STAFF!! Our butler Willy went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and perfect, including secretly planning to help my *fiance* set up a proposal To celebrate, we were invited to have dinner in the wine cellar where our server Wascar really helped to make our evening special. During our entire stay, the wait staff, room service, bartenders, entertainment crew, lobby staff, hostesses, housekeepers… everyone was friendly and helpful. Every single person smiled and said hello, and did all they could to make sure we were happy. We could not have asked for anything more!! We can’t wait to visit again!
