There is an Environmental tax paid to the resort per room per day. It is under $2 per day per room.
The Departure tax is added to your airline ticket.
The Visitax is a Quintana Roo infrastructure tax which can only be paid on line. Here is the official site to pay it. (Beware of scam sites.)

As of today (May 19) the Visitax is not being enforced. If you pay it be sure & use one of the legitimate sites. Visitax
