There is an Environmental tax paid to the resort per room per day. It is under $2 per day.
The Departure tax is added to your airline ticket.
The Visitax is a Quintana Roo infrastructure tax which can only be paid on line. Here are the 2 legitimate sites to pay it. (Beware of scam sites.)

As of today (May 19) the Visitax is not being enforced. If you pay it be sure & use one of the legitimate sites. Visitax
