Usually I cruise, but due to the pandemic, I joined several friends at TRS Coral and Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres.
I used Amstar for my transportation needs. Very professional, but I wish they would have offered me a bottled water!
Upon arrival at TRS Coral, the newly implemented health procedures were clearly in place.
The bell boy sanitized my luggage, then I stepped upon a sanitation pad for my shoes and used hand sanitizer that was right their before entering the TRS Coral lobby.
All the staff were wearing masks and most of them were wearing face guards.
I stayed in a swim up Jr suite near the Helios restaurant.
The room was perfect!
Due to the pandemic, the restaurants were on a rotation basis to ensure social distancing and lower occupancy.
Overall, the service, accommodations and entertainment were perfect.
Special mention to Joey, Grissel, Yeka (entertainers) and Laura (Chief Butler), Pedro (waiter) and Angel. Marisol at Zentropia was amazing along with other staff at the spa.
Highly recommended and I will return several more times in 2020!More
