After some thought she decided to stick it out (too much to pack back up especially with the baby). The ac wasn’t working then did for a short time and quit. Well they came in and fixed it. Her room is nice and cool now…so far. They could have left it but they didn’t. This is the great thing about the Palladium. They take the time to please their customers. I have been to many…I mean MANY resorts. Some are great but the Palladium takes that extra step all the time! I’m hoping to have another wedding here ;)”
