Punta Cana update:
Current renovations in Royal Suites Turquesa include the construction of a beach club and restaurant. The new restaurant will be open to serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The current Rodizio will be renovated to be a Nikkei style restaurant which will serve a Japanese-Peruvian fusion style menu. Once opened, this restaurant will be for Royal guests only.
Work is currently taking place to renovate the old Hemingway’s bar to be an Argentinian style steak house. This new restaurant will use both traditional grilling techniques as well as a wood oven. While this work is being done, Rodizio will remain open in El Bohio. Once the new restaurant is completed, Rodizio will be completely closed.
Hemingway’s will not reopen in another location. Instead, a new indoor bar will be opened upon completion of the Grand Palladium Punta Cana lobby. This new bar will be fashioned as a Caribbean style bar with live music, bringing a more Dominican flavor to the resort.
Upon completion, the Grand Palladium complex in Punta Cana will have an even more unique personality and flavor.
