  On our Christmas visit I loved the fact that they added cardboard coffee cups at the beach bars. This was on the top of my “Wish List” Gracias Palladium!
  
  There are new heavy duty plastic plates at the beach bars.
  
  New Pak n Plays replace cribs
  
  There is now ice cream, hotdog & guac cart(s) at the main pools and BBQ area at the Royal pool. The Royal also provides treats like sandwiches, fruit kabobs, & ice cream selection.
  
  There is waitservice at the two main pools and at the Royal pool.
  
  There are new loungers at the White Sand pool and at the Royal.
  
  Improved food in buffets & at Punta Emilia beach bar (didn’t try Colonial beach bar food)
  
  Nespresso machines in Royal.
  
  Daily snack platters in Royal rooms.
  
  L’Occitane products in Royal
  
  New Royal carts.
  
  Floats at Royal pool
  
  Colonial, Kantenah & Royal have been updated and have new beds, linens and more.
  
  Colonial reception and bar renovated
  
  Sports bar renovated with great menu
  
  Some new bridges
  
  Some a la cartes have been renovated; new LoLa Tapas restaurant, O’Pavao (replaced Rodizio)
  
  Per guests’ request men’s dress code relaxed to allow nice shorts in a la cartes.
  
  Room service for all for no charge.
  
  More American beers and Gluten free for room fridge upon request
  
  New entertainment like Foam party.
  
  Something is always being trimmed, primped and/or improved. If anyone has anything to add please feel free.

  Some rooms on Colonial have been handicapped equipped. Also: new beach amphibious chairs.This one is in PC

  Just read that they now place small coffee pots on the breakfast tables in RM..Nice touch. Another “wish” off our list.

  I’m so glad they are now putting coffee pots on the table at breakfast. This should save the servers lots of time as well.

  That’s wonderful news! It’ll be great to have our own little coffee pot at the table, and as Louise noted, it’ll help the waitstaff. A win-win for all!

  Note for beer drinkers they now serve Coors.
