Yes that’s where I got it from. Unless you side load it, apps have to be from the play store. And most users.wont know how to side load.
Hopefully I can get it working on site tomorrow.

No I’m talking about the palladium app for my Android phone. The one you linked to, it doesn’t seem to work and I can’t get logged in or anything with it

I have tried the app but we cannot get loaded as it will not accept any of my confirmations numbers. We are just trying to load the app but it also seems to crash regularly as well on multiple devices.
We didn’t ask for that upgrade, we just asked to have a king bed over doubles, and if we could upgrade to poolside versus garden. But then I got to to thinking if a family select upgrade would be even better. LOL. Too many options to choose from LOL
Okay no worries. As long as we’ve done everything we can try then we’ll just wait to see how it turns out when we get there. Either way, looking forward to it!
You Don’t know if you can upgrade from the Junior garden suite in colonial to the family select?
