Renovations at White Sand & other

Dear Guests

We wish to inform you that from August 10 to December 15, 2024, the Grand Palladium White Sand Resort & Spa will be undergoing significant renovations. The main pool and La Isla pool, exclusively for Palladium Travel Club members, will be upgraded with granite. During this period, our members are invited to enjoy the pool and water park facilities at the Grand Palladium Colonial Resort & Spa.

Additionally, the roof of the La Laguna restaurant will be replaced with synthetic palm. From August 10 to November 15, two dining venues, La Adelita and El Dorado, will be temporarily closed for remodeling. The complex’s theater will also be renovated and is expected to reopen by December 6.

To ensure you are aware of the room availability during this time, please note the following:

• From August 10 to September 10:
  • 60 Junior Suite Garden View
  • 12 Garden View Suites
  • 12 Romance Bungalows by the Lake
• From September 11 to December 15:
  • 15 Junior Suites Garden View
  • 3 Garden View Suites
  • 12 Romance Bungalows by the Lake

You can enjoy our other properties, including TRS Yucatan Hotel (adults only), Grand Palladium Colonial Resort & Spa, Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa, and the newly opened Family Selection at Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa.

The impact of these renovations at Grand Palladium White Sand Resort & Spa will be minimal, affecting only the pools and certain rooms. All other restaurants (excluding La Laguna), bars, and resort facilities will operate as usual.
