Problem to contact Costa Mujeres FS E-Butler – not answering

Hi!
I have big problems trying to contact E-Butler via efamilyhost.costamujeres@palladiumhotelgroup.com

I have sent few emails and nobody answered them. After a week, I have called them and they said that Diego is on vacation so Ulises will take them; but have the same results.

It is a pitty because It is really dissapointing to not receive answers on doubts

I don’t know if there is someone to reach about it.

Usually I suggest that guests email the resort no more than a week before arrival. That said, they don’t always respond but they will take care of you when you arrive.  You can also try this

Thanks for that.

Is strange that, because I will be few days in Kantenah FS too, after been in Costa Mujeres FS, and they reached me last week, for example, sending me the WL and all of that.

Moreover, when I went to Imbassai they did the same.

So is strange that I have this problem with Costa Mujeres.

Anyway, will try to send to the email you shared me.
