Palladium Update:
Dear Valued Travel Partner,
We would like to provide you with the latest update on Hurricane Grace, which made landfall in the TULUM area this morning.
The good news is that all our Guests and Employees are safe!
There are some minor damages which affected mostly the gardens and public outdoor areas as expected, but nothing significant to worry about.
In the Riviera Maya area electricity has been on/off during the last 12hrs.
Please know that our amazing Operations Team is cleaning all the areas and getting ready to resume operations, rest assure all our Grand Palladium Hotels & TRS Hotels in Riviera Maya and Costa Mujeres are open and will be operating normally by the end of the day today.
Nevertheless, the Safety and well-being of our Guests and employees is our highest priority. We continue monitoring hurricane Grace, and the severe weather policy remains in place for guests unable to arrive or depart, due to flight delays and cancellations in the neighboring airports in the areas which have been or are about to be impacted.

Grace has passed leaving minor damage. Electricity & internet have been restored. Everyone is safe.
