Starting January 2026, Grand Palladium Kantenah & Colonial Resort & Spa will offer different services and facilities from those previously available.

Access will remain to certain facilities (with extra charge where applicable) such as: Zentropia Palladium Spa & Wellness, BRAVO Dinner & Show, Chic Cabaret & Restaurant, Mini Club and Black & White Junior Club, Sports Center, à la carte restaurants El Dorado, La Adelita, Sumptuori, Paisana, its show cookings La Hacienda and El Gran Azul, Las Olas beach snack bar, and the 17 themed bars: swim-up, sports bar, waiting bars and lobby bars, lobbies and swimming pools, and the children’s mini water park located at Grand Palladium Colonial Resort & Spa and Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa.

However, the following restaurants will not be available to guests staying at Grand Palladium Kantenah & Colonial Resort & Spa: Portofino, Poseidón, Bamboo and Bahía e Brasa, the show cookings La Dalia, La Laguna, as well as the main pool of Grand Palladium White Sand, and the new The Pizza Stop, Grand Gelateria and Piaccere Coffee Shop, since these will be exclusive facilities of Grand Palladium Select White Sand.
